Nope. Not a Convicted Felon, at least not until after January 10th. He was simply found guilty on 34 felony counts. Conviction is when the finding become official by the court and sentencing is passed. That is how it is in New York, under their laws.

Nope. I correctly and often cited him as being found guilty by a jury of his peers on 34 felony counts, which is accurate. I am aware of the laws in New York, whether you or the President elect is or not. Many states have laws, saying a convicted felon cannot run for state office, unless pardoned.
