The thing on dumbass Hunter is, the tax charges rarely get jail time if taxes and penalties paid before having to go to trial. As for lying on the form, when he bought the firearm, I simply do not know how often that get jail time, when no crime was committed with the weapon, and no prior convictions for anything else. He could, I suppose, but I would be surprised.
