This is most basic fact in the case. Yet somehow, the people who claim to be upset about the case, never get around to mentioning this, the real reason the fight happened.
For some reason, President Obama has made many speeches about this isolated case. Has he pointed out the fundamental fact that led to Martin's death: That Trayvon attacked a man who was not attacking him?
The jury clearly decided that Zimmerman acted in self-defense when he shot Martin as Martin was beating him.
The ONLY crime that was committed that night, was Trayvon attacking, knocking down, and beating Zimmerman.
Why is this not mentioned in so much of the "coverage"?
Do some of these media outlets even want to report the facts? Or do the simply want to pretend Zimmerman was racist, so they can try to egg people on into race riots?
