It is true that if the Ayatollah had been a ruthless despot to his people, but maintained friendly relations and robust trade with his neighbors, including Israel, and with the United States, Israel, the U.S. would have had little interest in getting rid of him. That would have been a bi-partisan policy. Now lets get to work legalizing abortion; gay marriage; prostitution; feminism; and pedophilia. Iran deserves the same moral standards enjoyed by Americans.
No fan of Islam but I can't help but look at the bigger picture. This regime-change action has very little to do with "liberating the Iranian people" and far more to do with bringing the globe in line with the New World Order/One-World Government with Israel at the help. BIG PICTURE.
It's always possible to "win" a battle and lose a war. This regime-change, police action will satisfy millions who gaze at the tree. But it's quite disturbing to the few of us who are watching the forest. It is true that if the Ayatollah had been a ruthless despot to his people, but maintained friendly relations and robust trade with his neighbors, including Israel, and with the United States, Israel, the U.S. would have had little interest in getting rid of him. That would have been a bi-partisan policy.
Unless the Democrats and "not Democrats" had insisted on overthrowing the regime to install one that hates Israel as much as they do.
So, if the Iranian people are now able to liberate themselves, that will be not exactly an unintended consequence, but maybe a secondary consequence.
A friendly country in the middle east where a sworn enemy once stood, and 93 Million people freed from a theocratic dictatorship. I'll call that a win.
See above nut job.
But Trump IS.........For $100..............So much for "spreading the Gospel." If the Bible is someone's "favorite Book" they want to share their favorite parts. Those verses that have the deepest meanings.
They keep changing the Bible to fit their narritive.I'm betting that Trump has never opened to page one of the Bible.
As for the "Evangelical 'Christians'" -- they're the most phony group of fakers on the planet. Plastic, disingenuous, and adherents to several, major false doctrines. (The rapture hoax; "Jews are God's chosen," and a few other nonsensical lies).
This is about the level of intelligence I expect on USMB.Trump is not going to "war" with Iran.
