Election officials can distribute food and snacks to voters in line, with no taint of partisanship.

Individuals have every right to provide water and snacks to voters. Montana allows this with the exception of candidates, their family or supporters and bans water bottles with partisan labels on them. Even Lindsay Graham admits he does not understand this.
