Simple fact.

We keep hearing that we have three coequal branches. But it seems that the judiciary had made itself the superior branch.

The courts, particularly inferior courts that aren't in the Constitution, but mere creations of Congress, which Congress can eliminate at will, seem to think they can order POTUS around. How do you order a coequal branch around?

But he that doesn't sound anything at all like a coequal branch.

If they are truly coequal, and people believe the courts can order the Executive around, when can POTUS order the courts to do something?

The judiciary in its Entire Membership is the co equal branch. Not 12-15 bought and paid for TDS judges who currently are running the country

Neither can. However, the Executive Branch has enforcement capabilities.....and the Judiciary has nothing.

Judges can be arrest under RICO predicate if you have evidence of a large criminal conspiracy.

It is an elegant closed loop system. Each co-equal branch has authority over the others. Congress has the power to make laws and impeach offenders. The Courts have the power to invalidate laws and oversee lawsuits against offenders. The Executive Branch has the power to veto legislation and appoint judges.

When the COTUS gives the power to the POTUS to order SCOTUS to do something, SCOTUS checks with the Constitution to ensure it is not forbidden to do that power.
