Oh .. so it's okay if the state hides information from parents where abuse may a problem. Got it. Does this apply for any other scenario? Should the state be hiding information behind parents back?

What if a child is afraid to .. oh .. I don't .. telling their parents that they are pregnant .. or that the school janitor molested her? Hide it .. right?
