If “Palestinians” are the indigenous people of “Palestine” how come “Palestinians” are named for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco but not for “Palestine”?

Nobody is named al-Palestini. Because, Arabs and Muslims really are not indigenous to “Palestine”?
