After week of prices falling at the pump, some areas are seeing an increase.

According to AAA, gas prices have climbed three days in a row for the first time since April. The jump is attributed to a recent increase in crude oil prices stemming from increased tensions with Iran. Expectations that a potential resolution of European debt crisis could cause an increase in economic activity and demand for fuel have also contributed to the price jump.

At one QuikTrip in Suwanee, Ga., a gallon of regular unleaded gas was $3.15 on Friday. One week ago, FOX 5 was at the same station, where prices had dropped to $2.99. A spokesman for the company said that wholesale prices spiked dramatically this week. The chain hopes the increase will not be sustained.

I would be shocked if it lowered or rose much in the next few months. Only a sound energy policy will stabilize prices and I dont see that happening anytime in the near future. And drill baby drill aint gonna cut it
