Once again we see biden failing to do what should be done.....as was said even before he took office by those who know biden all too well....he has never been on the right side of any foreign policy issues in the entirety of his time in Washington.

If Biden won’t aid Cuba’s revolt against communism, he should at least stay out of the way - Washington Examiner
If the Biden administration won't support Cubans' revolt against communism, at the very least, it should not try to bail out the Cuban government.
