No it most definitely would not be in great shape. The stock market was being artificially kept afloat by stimulus money. The economy is CRASHED. Revenues, except for online and big box stores are flatlining. 200 small businesses have closed - permanently.

Biden is now doing what Trudeau has been doing in Canada since the beginning - except for the lack of lockdowns. Canada has cut it holiday wave by 2/3's, and active cases are down 30% because of our Christmas Eve lockdown. We're looking at setting a re-opening date by next week.

Open the economy and everything will be great because it never should have been closed at all to begin with. A nation can thrive during a pandemic. Take a look at the stock market and unemployment rates during the 1918 influenza pandemic and how the nation thrived during that.
