I say we not put undue harm on the normal citizens of these states. I'm in agreement that paying college tuition is not an explcit, nor implief power of the federal government, but that withholding aid to those in need should not be paramount to the status of their relation of illegals. Rather, that they should be monitored to not be compensated extra, for the harboring of illegals, upon the next budget request, would be a prudent and wise action.
