That Statistical Significance issue is detached from any accusations of murder; cold-blooded or otherwise; rather, it is an integral part of Trend or Pattern Analysis in the context of child head-shot deaths.

You have yet to effectively counterpoint the idea that in order to objectively and accurately ANALYZE for trends and patterns, that one must have a COMPLETE SAMPLING BASELINE.

And, by the look of it, you will NEVER counterpoint that assertion pertaining to statistics, because (1) you do not understand the subject-material and (2) the assertion is entirely unassailable as a mathematical truism; cold, objective, precise and rock-solid.
