Idaho is a racist state. DEI is not racist. How can a policy that gives whites the majority of opportunity be racist? Explain that. White women have benefitted most from DEI. YOU are a DEI hire. Idaho State has a well deserved reputation for being the bottom feeders ... you get a better education from BYU or Boise State, without sacrificing your conservative values ... indeed both Oregon State and Washington State are the laughing stocks of liberal Pacific Northwest because of their conservative values, both are former agricultural colleges ...
