I am not for abolishing DEI. I'm fine with whites getting the majority of everything because right now they are the majority. What I oppose is whites giving themselves ALL the opportunities because America is not all white. White men are less than 40 percent of the population, are overrepresented in every area, and it is not because white men are all smarter and work harder. And white women have been the biggest beneficiaries. Women are included when it comes to diversity because white men have controlled everything.

Maybe things like geographical location, education, age combined with the population of white people vs black people in a given area where jobs might be, might have something to play in there. We can't know that the whole reason is based on race alone.

Should they get 65% of the player jobs in the NBA and the NFL and blacks be limited to 12%? First you have to identify where you think you're not represented by your percentage of the population, then you have to show why, but you can't just yell racism and expect us all to accept it.
