I miss the record stores it was a place teens could meet up.

Me too but then I miss lots of things, like teen dances were lots of fun.
We used to go to a place called Misty Waters in Decatur Ga. saw all kinds of famous bands there.

Sparky most of my first dates were at the theatre , as was my first kiss. It was closed mouth one but sweet. Us girls would always double date so the boys wouldn't get too far. If one of us got too into kissing the other one would interfere and cool things down.
We were called prick teasers as we got more advanced. Imagine that, pricks calling us teasers, lol. We knew what they wanted, same thing we did, so we had to fight them and our own desires, although we had to hold out for the ring. We didn't fill that 'Hope Chest' up for nothing.

There have been many great rock bands but post who you think are the greatest.

There are many Great bands. But iconic bands are few and far between. Had they lived longer Hendrix and SRV would certainly be there too.
