I think you are referring to Ethan Nordean, who was convicted of seditious conspiracy, obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to prevent an officer from discharging their duties, obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder and destruction of government property with value of over $1,000. Those all sound like non-violent offenses to me. He should have been pardoned.

I'm talking about the people who got truly violent at the J6 riot. They should have stayed in prison.
