Relatives last saw Luis Leon, who lives in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on June 20, when he and his wife visited the Philadelphia immigration office to replace his lost green card, The Morning Call first reported.

There, officers handcuffed him and took him away without explanation, relatives told the outlet. His family was left scrambling, contacting immigration offices, hospitals and even a morgue for more information on Leon’s whereabouts.

These people are just evil. They are approaching the atrocities of NAZI Germany. Who will be next on their list of people to kidnap?

He isn’t a citizen and didn’t have a green card.

The story claims he was given asylum way back in 1987, which he would had received his green card after one year. Then after living as an alien resident for a period of 5 to ten years you can then apply for citizenship.

The fact he was never made a citizen means he likely overstayed his green card and was thus an illegal. Why else would he had been targeted by ICE? They aren’t going to deport people on valid Green Cards.

Did you?

They did not verify the family claims he had a valid green card.

I found it hard to believe dude was here since 1987 on a green card and never became a citizen.

First the dark skinned immigrants. Next anyone who disagrees with the Pedo in Chief.
You presume he had dark skin. How racistâ„¢ of you.

The Pedo in Chief? You do know Biden is not in office, right?

Yes, likely he went to "renew" a visa that was long expired. During the Autopen Administration, why would he have bothered.

He was told repeatedly that he could receive a thousand bucks in resettlement assistance, leave the country, and then apply for a visa the right way.

He chose to thumb his nose at the law.

If you're posting about it then it wasn't very secret

How was it secret if he literally turned himself into the immigration office?
