Is Hyundai going to get fined? Will the plant managers who hired them all get prosecuted?

We shall see. If the illegal aliens had “identified” themselves with false papers, maybe (?) there isn’t a good basis for prosecuting the owners or managers.

But if the owners or management were simply negligent is seeking to verify the paperwork (or if they never demanded the applicants to provide the required paperwork in the first place), then I suspect there will be associated prosecutions.

ELLABELL, Ga. (WSAV) — WSAV has confirmed with the spokesperson from Homeland Security that Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) is conducting a sting operation at the Hyundai plant.

Hundreds of undercover law enforcement vehicles and Humvees were reportedly seen on Kia Road Thursday morning.

Large buses were also seen entering the site. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm (ATF) confirmed Thursday night 450 people were apprehended during the sting operation.
