BTW....There is no due process with Trusted Travel programs. The literal purpose of the program is to pre screen people and access risk.

There is no "constitutional right" to stalk or obstruct law enforcement. If the protesters were in front of the WH or ICE HQ, marching and displaying their dildoes, that's one thing. But being "in the field" and trying to obstruct these brave men and women is a different story.

Courts ruled protesters can follow, blow whistles, honk horns, scream, video, etc. on public areas like streets, etc.....all they want and it is a protected constitutional right....

They can not block ICE, or physically hit them to stop them, or things like that, which is obstruction.

Following them or filming ICE or cops etc is constitutional....as long as the citizens are not in their face or physically stopping them, physically obstructing them from their arrest etc.....

Didn't seem like this lady was doing anything not allowed under our Constitution? That's why ICE putting her in a data base to stop her from living the life she's lived since 2015 when she got her airport security pass, IS AN ABUSE of our govt's power and meant to punish and intimidate her and others from exercising their first amendment rights without any govt intimidation or interference.....

If someone was protesting against Abortion, Gay Marriage or Sex Changes for minors, should they be allowed to follow them into the building and shout them down?
