Why not just do what Eisenhower did with Operation ******* in 1954 ? Load the men (90% of illegals) on dozens of gigantic ships, and ship them down to south Mexico (Vera Cruz). Then just dump them in the shallow water, and let them wade ashore.

When the wife worked for FEMA they moved them off Mt. Weather and into a (leased) converted warehouse till new digs were built a few miles away.

The warehouse was then converted back and leased to a furniture company.

The .gov leases warehouses and converts them to their needs all the time....You really need to learn how things work.
