They will or have gotten their day in court... sometimes their day in court is via a deportation judge... takes 2 mins....First of all, everyone has a right (according to the Constitution) for their day in court:
Just SHUP. Eveyday they kill rape and maim. Here is one on video dragging off a Chinawoman to rape 5 days locked in closet no food or water?
We deport illegal aliens. I'm not the grammar police, do your own work.In that case you cult members need to quit using the term so often to describe who we are deporting.
Nonetheless, reality is that none of these people even had the chance to go to a "deportation" judge. Or is it that you are calling ICE (and or Trump), people that have passed the tests for becoming judges, and passed them? If that is what you are doing, show me the proof. They will or have gotten their day in court... sometimes their day in court is via a deportation judge... takes 2 mins....
again, there is no requirement for anyone in the country less then 2 years to see a judge I showed you the law. And Obama used that law for all 8 years he was President, where were you and the others at that are whining now?Nonetheless, reality is that none of these people even had the chance to go to a "deportation" judge. No indication that anybody is being deported illegally there. An arrest of a person who is not a citizen and has no documentation to show that he/she is here legally is legitimately liable to be arrested until his/her status can be confirmed. The law is clear that those holding legal visas and green card holders must have that documentation with them at all times.Since you requested it and I always show proof of my statements, here it is:
Migrants in U.S. legally and with no criminal history caught up in Trump crackdown
President Trump promised the largest mass deportation effort in the country’s history. As his Homeland Security Department works to deport more people, immigrants with legal status or no criminal history are being detained and deported. We hear from three people to better understand the impact and Laura Barrón-López reports on the administration's efforts.

Those rights include being taken to court to plead their cases.
Please read the OP correctly!!!Deportation is NOT a criminal punishment. It is an administrative process and doesn’t come with the same rights as someone involved in criminal prosecution.
Once your immigration status has been determined… and you don’t have right to counsel in that hearing… you can be deported at the government’s earliest opportunity.
The idea that every illegal inmigrant is entitled to a jury trial and free legal counsel is laughable.
Since you are such a stickler for details (though you yourself provide none, here are some details for you:No indication that anybody is being deported illegally there. What people with an agenda tell a reportrt is not exactly a credible or verifiable source.
Since you are such a stickler for details (though you yourself provide none, here are some details for you:
Here's a breakdown of the reported cases:
It's important to note that the total number of wrongful deportations may be higher than the documented cases due to the limitations in tracking and record-keeping highlighted by the GAO report.
- GAO Report: A 2021 report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) found that between 2015 and 2020, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 674 people who may have been U.S. citizens, detained 121 of them, and deported 70. The report indicated that these individuals were deported even though U.S. citizens cannot be charged with violations of civil immigration law.
- Trump's First Term: A 2021 GAO report indicates that ICE carried out removal operations against at least 65 potential citizens during Trump's first term.
- Ongoing Issues: News reports from June 2025 indicate that the issue of wrongful deportations persists. A report from KTLA states that dozens of U.S. citizens have been deported by ICE between 2015 and 2020, with hundreds more detained or arrested.
- Specific Cases: Several individuals, such as Kilmar Abrego Garcia, have been deported and subsequently ordered returned to the U.S. by courts after being wrongly identified as non-citizens. In May 2025, a court ordered the federal government to facilitate the return of Jordin Melgar-Salmeron, deported to El Salvador despite a stay of removal, according to court documents.
- Lack of Tracking: The GAO report highlighted that ICE does not have a reliable system for tracking and correcting errors related to the arrests, detentions, and removals of potential U.S. citizens, according to the Government Accountability Office. This lack of proper record-keeping makes it difficult to definitively determine the exact number of wrongful deportations.
