As the historical record shows numerous times between the addition of the 14th and today, various groups have been added to the list of who is considered a citizen by birth, mostly Indians and indigenous Alaskan tribes, all done by an act of Congress. No such act exists for illegal aliens and their spawn. If you idiots actually read the full text of the 14th, you'd understand why. The Supreme Court will rule in favor of the Trump administration on the anchor baby issue because Congress never acted on behalf of illegal invaders.

That they are here without permission of the USA means they are criminals whether or not they committed additional crimes. They are not 'innocent.' If they are found where the criminals are, they will likely be arrested and detained until they can be legally deported.

I don't think any thinking person has a problem with that.
