Ice agents have lost their minds.

Waving their guns around at people doing nothing wrong.

Any position deemed "officer of the law" requires the public to be a specific number of feet, or yards away from them, so they can do their jobs without worrying about interference.

When you breech those perimeters, you invoke the wrath of the law, and those officers trying to do their duties.

And pointing something at them is an self-invitation to get dead real quick.

You wanna be a fucktard? Be a fucktard. Get shot. One less fucktard the rest of us have to deal with.
Classic definition of FAFO

After a Capital Cop who had a history of carelessness with his firearm shot and killed an unarmed innocent Jan 6 demonstrator and got away with it, the crazy angry left whines about hard working Immigration Cops "waving their guns around". No surprise here.

Wrong.
While I think the Byrd who shot Ashlie should be prosecuted, he did it under the intent protect Congress.
ICE is protecting nothing, and just likes to threaten people.

When did that happen?

How many believe in Habeas Corpus?
Not the brown shirts, they're kidnapping people showing up for immigration hearings and people asking them to identify themselves.

Got any polling on that illegal behavior?
You really think illegals have the same rights as citizens don’t you?

While undocumented immigrants in the U.S. do not have the same rights as citizens, they are still entitled to certain constitutional rights and protections. These protections include due process, equal protection under the law, and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. However, they do not have the right to vote, hold public office, or receive certain government benefits that are reserved for citizens and lawful residents.

Key Differences:
  • Citizenship Rights:
    .

U.S. citizens have the right to vote, run for office, and receive certain government benefits like Social Security and Medicare.

    • Constitutional Rights:
      .
Both citizens and non-citizens in the U.S. are protected by the Constitution's guarantees of due process, equal protection, and freedom of speech and religion.
    • Specific Protections:
      .

Undocumented immigrants are not guaranteed the same rights as citizens, but they are protected from discrimination in employment, education, and housing, and they have the right to access the courts.
    • Due Process:
      .

Undocumented immigrants have the right to due process, meaning they are entitled to a fair legal process if facing deportation or other legal action.
So, as you can see, they do have due process rights, however their due process is within the administrative process.

Wrong.
First of all ICE are not "officers of the law".
Second is that you can get as close as you need to in order to hear.
The widest buffer zone is 25' in Louisiana, but does not apply to journalists.
And clearly the person in the car that ICE pointed guns at were more than 30' away.
ICE is always in violation of the law because they do not know what the law is and do not follow judicial due process.

Some Antifa ****** is ******* with his vehicle. I’d point a gun at anyone doing that to my vehicle.

Voting is not a right since originally only land owning male adults could vote.
Social Security and Medicare are not rights because we pay into them and just get our own money back.

They have the right to due process and every other U.S. law. Because if what you say is true, illegals can't exist because they don't have to abide by our laws.
