Dang. Looked like all three of em hit him with the tasers at the same time. Notwithstanding kicking the hell out of his ribs for a while for good measure.

He was never charged with anything. And apparently the heroes asserted falsehoods both at the scene and in their subsequent reports of the incident.

Here's a local report on that incident. Seems to be a trend with the San Marco department, however, so skip over the other two tasing incidents to get to the report and backstory on this particular one at the 3:00 mark.

The police was clearly incompetent as they shoot first then attack while never giving the man a chance to respond.

Then it seems that several police are talking to him at once thus complicating the situation.
