A judge has blocked efforts by the Trump administration from sending children from orphanages and foster homes to their real families back in Guatemala. As I've said here a million times, there is no "anchor," and parents can be deported away from US citizen children born in the US. In this case, many of the families have been requesting the return of their children for a long time. Many of these children were living with "relatives" who they are not actually related to (as I've also been saying for a long time). These judges, appointed under Biden or whoever had the autopen that day, are trying to prevent these children from being with their children. The children born in the US can of course return to the US to attend college when they are old enough, and I'm sure they would find a lot of support should they choose to. If their parents manage to immigrate to the US legally, they can of course accompany their US citizen children any time.
