He said my bones hsve fully fused

Yet I am in pain

He says it’s muscular knots in the connection tissue and I need months of professional stretching and massage

Does this Make sense ??

Yes. I have had my lower back incased in a titanium cage, the muscles around it still get knotted up. I have to do certain stretching exercises to loosen up the muscles. This will be a daily thing you will have to do.

Does it feel like a dull achy pain ??

My fusion did not require a cage !!
I only got 2 huge spacers

Sure it makes perfect sense. He is gonna need the extra cash once Trump eliminates his SALT Deduction.

There are worse things he could have said like "Dry Needle Therapy" or even worse 'Dry Needle with electrical stimulation". Everyone I know who has had either says it hurts like a Mutha.....

Yeah, it is constantly there reminding me to stretch. When the muscles loosen it feels better but can never be the way it was before i blew out my back.

Was working on an F-15 and tripped on a pneumatic hose and fell right on my butt. Blew out my L5
Damn! Were you able to go back to work? Back injuries scare the hell outta me. I'm 66 and in good shape but I know I have to be careful.

Yeah, got some traction for the back, pulled the disk material back in, but eventually, the collapse was inevitable, and that came later.
