Sometimes I will watch chess videos as they are fairly boring. Maybe some nature sounds. What do you guys recommend?

See a neurologist.

I like to listen to audiobook WW2 documentaries to fall asleep.
I had one and he did provide some prescriptions which I normally reject but I was desperate so.I tried them. My issus were.worse for a.period of time, frighteningly worse. I am trying everything from fasting to an entire diet change to drinking from specific glass.(avoiding tin or plastic).

Have you tried Marijuana?

No. That would be a resort far down the line but probably not as far as heavy prescription pharmaceuticals. Sometimes the health issues really worry me but I try and maintain a positive outlook because I am accustomed, even if just by muscle memory; to being very healthy to the point I rarely see a doctor for general concerns. In essence, my immune system has been very strong.

I'm not sure how Marijuana would interact with low blood pressure. It could be a bad idea. You might ask your doctor.

Talk to your doctor about low dose Atenolol. It is a safe and simple drug that has existed since the late 1970s. It changed my life.
I have high blood pressure that was hard to fix, went through 4-5 other medicines that did not solve the problem. Then a different doctor was surprised I was never given Atenolol, but not surprised because it is cheap.
As a side effect - it virtually stops you from having migraines. Period. I was a terrible sufferer of migraines for years. With ER visits to stop the pain 3-4 times a year.
- I have not had a migraine for over 20 years.
Secondly - Atenolol also provides physical relief from anxiety. It does not address the mental aspect, but as a beta blocker it blocks the effects of adrenaline. Which is the culprit of most symptoms of anxiety - sleeplessness, elevated heart rate, sweating etc.

My daughter, who like you, has low blood pressure. The small dosage is not enough to lower her bp meaningfully - but she has cut her migraines from 20-30 a year, to 3-4 a year.

Ok.....time to check out possible sources of carbon monoxide. Water heaters, vents, heating systems and etc.
Low dose on a regular basis can cause all sorts of neurological symptoms...like the exact ones you are describing.

Naw, it's not that at all. I only have this once in awhile. It was worse when I had numbness etc, but the numbness has largely subsided as I have drastically altered my diet. Some days 5 or less grams of carbs, no more vegetable oil etc.

My fear has been MS but there are other possible concerns.

Like I said....LOW DOSE....not even enough to smell.
But it can happen....
ALWAYS check the easy things first.

Especially when your symptoms are classic.
Fumes can come from vehicle exhaust, generator, barbeque grill, lawnmowers or water heaters. They just need a way to enter inside your home and hang out relatively undisturbed.

Open windows, fans to circulate air, and etc....see if a change happens then.

Drink enough water??? Not sodas or juices or coffee, but plain water?? Maybe some gatorade or other electrolyte??

How long have you 'altered' your diet to reduce carb intake??? Headaches could be from that as withdrawal symptoms and/or maybe too low of blood sugar.

Do you have back/spinal/nerve problems??
