After I spent most of this year in court....
January/February 2025 - Successfully getting a restraining order.
February/March/April - Successfully getting a criminal case against me thrown out of court.
February/March/April/May/June/July and August - Successfully got an eviction against me thrown out of court.
June/July/August - Successfully got my arrest record expunged.
August - Filing a Lawsuit against the Portsmouth Police Department with the help of Ben Crump.

I moved into a new subsidized Place instead of the Portsmouth Housing Authority.
It is a Stewart's Property Management, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house for senior and/or disabled persons in Ashland, New Hampshire.

I was being stalked and threatened and I used a weapon to get him to back off.
Then the next day I got a restraining order.
Then I got arrested.
Then I got an eviction notice.
Then I first got the case thrown out and then I got the eviction defeated and then I got my arrest record expunged.
Now I'm suing for the police telling me that the camera footage shows that I'm the attacker, which it does not and for telling me that my witness refused to talk to them, when the police in fact refused to talk to my witness and for false arrest on falsified evidence.
