Yes, many of us sympathize with your last sentence.

We are sickened by what is happening in this country (criminals totally out of control, Big Tech censorship on steroids, the Dems in total control of the federal government, etc.).

We realize that we cannot do anything about it, so we blow off steam on the Internet (on those few websites that still allow us to).

I am going to see how it goes.
I have until the spring of 2022
If I sell before then ..the new buyers can avoid the 300,000 fee for the new design upgrades

My original goal was to put the store on the market in January of 2025
I don’t think I can last that long
It’s getting more and more dangerous than ever

It’s only 300 miles from Vegas
It does rain much more in Phoenix and it’s 5-7 degrees hotter
Vegas gets 3-4 inches of rain while Phoenix gets a whopping 7-8 inches a year

March has been the worst month of my life and I am down 5 grand !!
I am going to fire my younger employee on Thursday. I hope I can fire her before she quits

It’s inevitable I sell . I can still wait until the spring of 2022 then move to Phoenix.
