I did Real Estate for years.
Part time of course
Teaching was my primary job
But I’m a go getter
Always looking for an edge
So FO with you thinking you are in any way above me.
Signed
Winco.
I was full time. Real Estate sales was my only job for many years. Next since my license permitted it, I did appraisals in my spare time. Later the feds demanded all appraisers have a federal license and I got that. I was so qualified the Feds issued me the top license. I learned it was highly profitable, so I added appraisals to my business. When I was only a Real Estate Broker agent, I was studying sales for years. I learned how to help customers. And be honest. Honest Brokers never have to say I am sorry.
Were you ever in the Mortgage business? I also spent my last year's in that business. I had staff at my, offices.
How many agents have you hired? I lost count.
So, you want to pretend you are my equal? Do you coach
Winco?
I hired part time agents. They were not good producers.
Try this coach, you were a full-time coach and teacher. What would if a full time Real Estate Broker alleged he was the coach of winning teams?
Come to think about it. For 3 years I sponsored softball teams that were fast pitch. My first team I was ignorant of the game. I watched closely and asked lots of questions. My last team I sponsored 2 years and the team ended up #2 in the nation and they had a super high winning average. I had a manager who understood the game, but the team was kind to me in explaining things.; Did you ever have a team that was #2 in the nation as I have had?
My team was Granada Realty
Twenty teams including 15 regional champions descended on Tahoe City on Labor Day Weekend for the 1978 ASA Nationals. The host team, Perata, playing on their home field at 6,300 feet, was tagged as one of the tourney’s early favorites.
But after winning over 50 games and five tournaments in the ’78 season, the luck of the draw wasn’t with the Perata squad. A tough first-round game pitted Perata against Granada Realty of Fremont, the tourney’s eventual runner-up, and after being tagged with a loss in their opener, the Tahoe boys never recovered, going 1-2.
“The draw really hurt us,” says Perata. “We were a California team but playing out of Nevada. They usually don’t put two teams from the same state against each other in the opening round.”
S&K Rigging of Arcota, Illinois, won a 6-2 championship game over Granada. The title game was played at North Tahoe High School because “unseasonable” rain and snow that hit Tahoe City that weekend made Conners Field unplayable.
