All that's needed is some good bourbon and a pair of pliers. Maybe a mirror if you got one.

what works for me is Coconut Oil toothpaste which I put in a 2 oz jar and add some baking soda and clove oil and no dentist here in years. I've done my share of dentists in my life. Myrrh Tincture is excellent if and when one gets a pain in an area of the mouth, I'm never without Myrrh Tincture.
