About 3 months ago I was throwing my old man jabs and left hooks

The next day my shoulder was extremely stiff , achy and burning in the AM

Also painful in the day too ..

It’s been on going everyday

I was a young healthy male and it has all been destroyed in a few years only

With my back problems I can’t take it anymore

I had that happen but I did nothing, it was "frozen" and a good x-ray it was de-mineralized

went on a strong bone pill with high D, calcium and K2 with other stuff and it's healed up, very little crunching when I rotate

strange thing, I am right handed but also use my left often, right shoulder is fine

You seem to always be hurting yourself OP......why?
They are looking for sympathy. It's a pattern. He/she will get hurt, lose a job, have a business fail, get into an altercation (almost exclusively with black females) get robbed, lose a friend, get evicted, any number of things on the regular so people will say nice things to them.

I am a sad story lol

I ain’t so bad but Life has kicked the S out of me the last 3 years
Quasar, as you go down the road of life..........In summation, you aren't that
young man of 20 any longer. Your mind sez, "I can do it".
And you body sez, "Fuck you!"

I hope this helps.

Welcome to old age.

If you think you can still do.......think again.

If you want to run.......sit down.
If you want to play sports.......sit down.
If you want to wrestle..........sit down.
If you want to ride rollercoasters...........sit down (but not in the coaster).
If you want to have fun..............sit down.

Sitting down is about the only activity that doesn't hurt like hell anymore.

At 75, every joint in my body has been injured at one point or another. Every year that goes by I have to give up on one activity or another. Running, tennis, softball. In the activities that can be measured by speed and strength, my performance deteriorates over time, inevitably. When I took up golf at age 50, I could drive a golf ball 250 yards, now a good drive barely clears 200. My normal bowling ball speed has gone from 15 to 11 (results still the same though).

Sometimes I go to a doctor and after a time the injuries generally go away, either through physical therapy, shots, or minor surgery. My right shoulder is killing me but I still do pushups, weight lifting and ride my bike, all of which aggravate it. Advil used to help the pain a lot, but now I'm on blood thinners and can't take it anymore. Tylenol acts like a placebo for me. Not sure why I even bother.

The good thing is I haven't needed any joint replacements. Yet.

I had hopes and dreams in my mma training and that only lasted a few years

I can’t even fight anymore and I think my intelligence is very avg

I used to play 4.5 singles in tennis

I had hopes and dreams of being an FBI agent or radiologist but I could not do it 🥵🥵

Then I wanted to learn mma and Kick azz

Its not all over. You are free, you are American. Find a new passion, one that requires the advent of intellectual application and character. Folow G-d, pray and ask for him to be the wind behind your sails and chart a new course. When you are American, protected by a Constitution and a culture of citizens willing to right for justice; you have everything. You wake up ever day a multi-millionaire, just go and grab it!

I am not too bright or intellectual except for natural sciences

You're only about 45-47 years old. Wait until another 20 years from now.

Might be a rotator cup injury.

Maybe CBD would help you. I took 'Relief Factor' for a while and it helped my pain. It's kind of expensive, they lure you in with a cheap $19.95 3 week 'Quick Start' then it's about 80 bucks a month. It worked for me but I can't afford it for long.
