It is suffering but it is not broke at least I have also put an ointment for pain and yes if the pain does not go I will have to go to the doctor, but I think it should go.

i take some pain killer but it is lot least painful then when i broke my foot now the thing i have be careful to not hit it again .
Aloe plant can be the best medicine for any kind of wounds. It doesn't act as quickly as pain killers but in a week may actually help you quite a bit without any harm for your body (like any pills would do).
I Don't take the killer pain pill often only in this situation and i was kind of Lucky i did not rip off my nail it got pretty close
