Yes, ex-military people who are physically incapable and others who are mentally incapable. Some are driven to being incapable due to racism in America.

From young to old. Not condemning it. And a percentage have paid for those checks and earned them also. There is an effect as taxes are higher and taken from younger employees. A lot of taxes we do not see.
