I was waiting for the bus and this white was walking her dog and It came near my shoe and I said........."Ms. get your dog its near my foot"

Then 2 mins later the dog came near me again and I said....."LOOK, Ms. I told her to watch that damm fucking its coming near my foot"

Agree with this. When a dog that you don't know comes near you, it can be dangerous because you don't know if it will bite you or not. If it does, and if it has rabies, it's a very serious health risk to you.

Was the dog on a leash? If it wasn't and it just came near me like that, I would probably just run in the other direction. Not even gonna wait for her to call her dog off.

That's right. Where I come from dog owners are not allowed for their dog to come too close to strangers. I've never actually seen anyone kick a dog but in a close-encounter situation I would agree with a "kick". I'd do it myself if I were in that circumstance.
