We had a riot here, in Fort Myers, a few years ago. Didn't go all that well for the dimocrap scum involved.

A couple of them starting take shots at one another for some reason. They just do that. All the time. So the Cops showed up. We have (and have had for a while) a system that detects gunfire and tells the Cops where it's coming from. Don't ask me to tell you how it works, but it can tell the difference between gunfire and firecrackers or a car backfire. Go figure

So, the Street Urchins start running. It's like birds taking flight all at once, a 'hive mind' type of thing. Whatev. So one of the Cops was a friend of a friend (I don't really like him, he's kind of a punk.... Like most Cops) but he's telling me how they took off and ran behind some buildings off of MLK Boulevard (where else?) and there happens to be an old stone-quarry back there that's been abandoned for some time. He was too fat to chase them but he could hear them.

The quarry had filled with water over the years and was soon after occupied by a some alligators. Big ones. Our Mostly Peaceful street urchins didn't know this when they jumped in to hide.

The Cop told me he could hear them yelling and screaming as the alligators ate them.

We don't get much in the way of riots anymore. Our Cops, Lee County Cops, are seriously mean as shit. They WILL shoot your ass. And they do, all the time. Saves the County a lot of money.
