This may surprise trump devotees, many of whom won't believe this, but I wish we could trust anything coming from the regime regarding.......well........anything. But we can't.

Don says the Iranians should have agreed to talk sooner. Has he already forgotten they were talking to the US? That's if you consider any sort of serious negotiations could have been taking place with the US being represented by Ivanka's husband (who was in charge of Middle East peace not so long ago) and one of trump's golfing buddies. Iran having offered to make a deal that exceeded the terms of the JCPOA with respect to uranium enrichment.

The thing is there has to be two willing parties to reach a negotiated deal. But while Iran thought it was negotiating the terms of its nuclear weapons development Don had already decided he favored war over any alternative that could be settled through talks. Iran's "negotiations" were in keeping their enriched uranium (which could easily be converted to weapons grade) and ballastic missiles which could launch nuclear weapons around the world. In other words, they were only "negotiating" to keep what they had.
