Bills were pushing the Eagles defense in the second half like they were on roller skates. McDermott didn't trust the kicker.

So his decision in this case would be different in a different circumstance.

A home game, you kick for the tie! I can still see in my head a MNF game from the 90's! Minn. had caught up w/ Dallas in Irvine Tx.! Time was about to run out! Green decided to go for a tie & an OT win after the TD! STUPID! The Cowboys were a juggernaut around that time! The Vikings were lucky to be in a position to beat them! The book said to go for 2! Green's chance was shot for the upset! The Boys got the ball 1st! The 1st play from scrimmage had Emmit Smith running thru a hole a truck could maneuver! Game over! This is just as bad! Buffalo was moving up and down the field at game's end! Go for the tie and go from there! Philly has had trouble in the 2nd half all season; barely holding on to several games they probably could have lost like this one!

The Bill's shaky kicker was a big reason McDermott went for 2. He had missed a PAT against the Browns along with the previous PAT blocked in the Eagles' game. Given that it was reasonable to go for 2 imo. I didn't like the play call tho, should have been a rollout play where Allen could either run or throw.

I did notice those big jugs flopping around as she tried to run in to see who had an earlier fumble.

She just spotted a 1st down run in a pile up from the sideline. Looks to have gotten it right on.
