I know. That's the funny part.That's totally different. It's not the same thing.
I resisted it for a long time also, but they are actually a good tool.I bought an instant pot.
I can now claim the title of being the laziest cook on planet Earth.
I used it for some beef, mushroom noodle soup. It did a good job.I resisted it for a long time also, but they are actually a good tool.
Mainly only use it in the winter for soups and to occasionally soften tough cuts of meat.
These things are great for making soups, the pressure forces the liquids into and out of ingredients that truly does mimic longer cooking times to develop flavors.
