OK….so next time, let’s count all mail-in ballots first (so the Dems won’t know how many they need to dredge up days after the election) and have no weird 1 a.m. vote halts. In swing states. All at the same time.
This was obviously an orchestrated Plan B.
You seem to lack in knowledge of how elections are run and the steps of checks and balances put in by state legislatures and election boards, that prevents ballot stuffing, or catches ballot stuffing immediately if ever attempted?
You also seem ignorant on the process of counting absentee ballots in the swing states, that had to wait until election day to begin the process, and the time consuming process for absentee ballot checking process that occurs prior to counting these ballots in the envelopes. They check to see if the absentee envelope voter requested an absentee/mail in ballot, they check signatures, they check to see if the voter already voted in early voting or on election day voting, and states requiring witnesses, or affidavits, they check for that, ones that require an address, they check for that too.....
And once that is done, and those rejected are set aside by the pollworkers, the valid absentee ballots are then removed from their envelopes and unfolded so that the vote counting machines will receive them.
then the unfolded valid ballots are stacked by batch and put in secure locked and labeled ballot suitcases, and held under a table clothed folding table until they are ready to be processed and counted by the team of election workers brought on to feed the ballots in to the vote scanners that count them.
No State shut down late that night.....
they simply were in the next stage of checking and processing the absentee ballot envelopes as described above, for their counting of the ballots within, in the scanning counting phase....
That time to process the absentee ballots, was the pause in counting, it was NOT the States shutting down.
Hope that helps.

As far as your claim on affidavits you keep making....
It was basically, laughed out of court, because the hundreds and thousands of affidavits, we're NOT reliable, spam, and conspiracy taken from the internet, claims based on the affidavits they did present to the court judge.
A Trump campaign attorney conceded in court on Thursday morning that he tried to enter hundreds of dodgy form-filed affidavits into evidence, even though their own investigation found that a subset of the sworn statements that they received were filled with lies and "spam."
