If I were to guess, it was not because he refused to remodel the bathroom. I bet it was probably more like, his refusal to remodel the bathroom signaled to her that he either did not respect her wish, or that he did not care enough about what she wanted, which prompted her to want to divorce him. Because, I mean, a jacuzzi bathroom is a very, very stupid reason to divorce someone you've been married to for 13 years.
