How would Romney clean up Bush's mess quicker than Obama?

From the data give in hindsight, with the exception of Tarp, given after consultation with Obama the likely winner in October 2008, Bush had done pretty well according to most economists today.
That Obama went from the get go to expanding and creating new bailouts, those policies have not done well. In our name, he's borrowed too much, with pitiful results.
So like GW inherited al Quaeda, but didn't lay the blame at Clinton; so the same with Obama. While he bitched and did blame for the first term, just is longer believable going into the second. Obama owns were the country is now, which is why he's claiming credit for the 7.8.

Like Obama, right now 'the worst president ever'. GW will be evaluated over the long haul. When we're all dead and buried.
JFK was supposedly cut down in his 'prime.' History isn't necessarily kind. Already he is falling and that's 'recent.' Lincoln was held in contempt in his day, not just by the 'South.' Today?
George Washington is underestimated today, until the past 30 years, he was deservedly held in high esteem, for good reasons. At some point that will return.

I am waiting for a list of TWO economists and historians, one of each will work, that say that Obama is so incompetent that everything he did since 2009 is the fault of a guy that retired.

One of Bush's biggest disasters was Iraq. Romney is record as NOT wanting to clean up that mess;
he has attacked Obama for getting us out of Iraq. Romney wanted to stay.
Obama wanted to clean up that mess; Romney wanted to perpetuate it.

Kind of sad that Lakhota still seems to think this is all Bush's fault and Obama has no part in it despite having control for almost 4 years. And yet despite having this view that Obama hasnt done anything he still wants to reelect him.
