How soon will it be that Ilhan Omar is arrested for fraud?

Valuations for some businesses is pretty straight forward when they’re simple things.

For other businesses, it’s total guesswork.

If I had to guess, her husbands business is the latter and value didn’t exist anywhere but on paper.

It’s meaningless.

Ahh, so you believe this is on the up and up, but when trump values mar a lago at 400 million and a judge says it’s worth only 18 million, you’re SURE the judge is right?…

Trump didn't value Mar a Lago at 400 million and the judge didn't say it was worth only 18 million.

If you want to accuse Omar of some kind of fraud, you'd have to show that the valuation of the business was used for some other purpose.

Especially since the loan in question was repaid in full and the lending institution has indicated they would loan to him again. He didn't defraud ANYONE.

I've been asking for an explanation of these allegations, but so far haven't heard anything.

Whether it justifies an investigation or not depends on whether there's anything to these allegations. You don't get to investigate someone without justification.

There are allegations of her being involved with the fraud in Minnesota, there have been questions surrounding her sudden increase in wealth. You know about these, they are not hidden. You just defend her outright, without a question, but when it comes to republicans, those on the left assume guilt straight away.

All I asked is…there are allegations, would you be in favor of investigations into them, like most of the leftys do for republicans?

What is the basis of the allegations of her being involved with "the fraud" in Minnesota?

I disagree. I don't see any documented evidence to show that Omar has any ownership in the business you claim.

Moreover, you can't even DESCRIBE the evidence.
The video you keep acting like you refuse to watch shows the paper as Angela Rose puts it on display.

What is “the paper” she shows, exactly?

Again, you’re not able to even describe the evidence. It’s pretty hard to take you seriously when you can’t even provide the bare minimum to go off of.

I'd love to carry on the thread, but as we've seen the accusers have all fled without providing anything to discuss.
Jesus, people do work ya know…

I am not an accuser. I am functioning in this topic like a reporter. I provided you evidence in the form of a video yet based on your retorts, you refuse to watch it, preferring to ask over and over that which is in the video.

I can't find any basis for any accusation of fraud.

She could be held liable if she knowingly lied on the disclosure form, but good luck proving that in court.

$30,000,000?
$95,000?

You are the one claiming she was an owner of a business and the video does not contain any evidence to support that accusation.

You're consistently unable to describe any such evidence that would indicate otherwise.

Did you watch the video? If you did, why can't you tell me what this supposed "paper" is?

Oh, YOU can’t find a basis? Well, let me just get on the horn to Blanche and tell him, that some nobody on an anonymous message board said HE says there’s no basis… :laughing0301:

What do you even care for? You’ll just come back tomorrow, and start calling it a failed prosecution, because it’s not all wrapped up in 24 hrs…

You’re a dumbass.

The only basis Todd Blanche needs for an investigation is whether they're a member of the Democratic Party who says mean things about Trump.

That's how this DoJ works.

For the last 10 years, you guys have been telling us over and over again about all the people you're going to prosecute because you were so sure they had committed all these crimes.

And it never happens.

At first, it was amusing. Now, it's kind of sad.

How have you not figured out that they're feeling you this shit to manipulate you?

I saw this, but the question is why do you think this is indicative that Omar owns this business?
She does not. I said that over and over. She applied for a million dollars paid to her at the restaurant address. If you think that is fine, tell me why. Her application that I believe is also in the video shows that address as one she manages a clinic from. Did you see any clinic at that address?

By the way, I am not the DA. I am not the attorney working on this case. If you think she is not in trouble state why?
