Not at all.

But homosexuality is definitely a crime in the tremendous nation of Uganda, and the death penalty is prescribed from Aggravated Gaiety- which means engaging in homosexuality with a minor child, or when infected with aids.

Judicial executions aren't "murder".

Homos who want to engage in their sexual preferences would probably be best advised to move to Europe or the Union of South Africa instead of Uganda.
