What does it take to make it into the 1 percent of earners? In Arkansas, you'd need to pull in $228,298 a year. In Connecticut, the threshold is $677,608.

The middle class is now a myth--it doesn't exist. Our politicians are doing everything in order to ruin it. Sadly, most of our elected "representatives" are in that top 1.

Yes, Virginia..... That is how most of them got there... By working.
