Not quite true. They have been able to identify planets n various systems in the “Goldilocks” zone. And they have some data (from light filtered through the atmospheres of some of those planets) about atmospheric composition.

So apparently the big theory, energy exploded creating matter. So where did that energy come from? Was there a previous big bang but in reverse, matter exploded into energy? How many times has this gone for and over what time scale?

I've seen drawings of people riding on dinosaurs. Then there's Ken Ham's ark that held dinosaurs!

And then what about fossils that are supposed to be old, being found on top of younger fossiles?
