I will start. 4-5 days a week, usually weekdays. 3 weight training sessions, 2 boxing classes and a lot of stationary bike riding, boxing bag work and skipping as well as walking.
For weights I would have chest/triceps session, back/biceps and legs/calves/glutes/hamstrings. Weight sessions usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour, bike riding around 20 minutes same with walking and boxing classes 30-45 min.

My goal is to lose weight and get under 15 percent body fat and then gain some muscle and strength

Any exercise program is worthless if you don't have your nutrition squared away.

The adage goes, "You can't lift your way out of a bad diet." <--- Truth.
I don’t agree. Everyone physically capable of lifting weights would benefit from doing so.

Obviously the best outcomes would come from also changing to a healthier diet.

But saying that exercise by itself is worthless clearly isn’t true.

If you say so. You clearly don't get the gains or the health without getting your nutrition optimized.

Yeah, sure

But that’s not the same as saying exercising is worthless without a change in diet
Worthless? I don't belielve I did say that.

However, if you eat 4000 kcal a day, run, and lift to the tune of 1000 kcal a day, you are losing the battle. But hey, you're in shape, right?

In the same way, I believe that if you eat primarily highly processed food loaded with synthetic carbs in the form of cooking oils and super unhealthy maltose dextrin and fructose corn syrup, you are just going to be, at best, treading water.

I agree to an extent. I have a friend who wanted to lose weight, he was 213 lbs at 5'7 and I trained with him for 3 months and he was consistent 4-6 days a week. I taught him what to eat, what vitamins and good supplements for fat loss. He did everything well, except on the weekends he would eat out with his wife up to 3 times, spending like 300 dollars in 2 days on junk food and undoing his whole progress.

He ended up gaining 10 lbs and has quit gym ever since. But I guess working out and eating crap is better than being inactive and eating crap. He said although he gained weight he felt more energetic and had better mental clarity

Sit ups and Push ups every morning and then I walk my dog for a couple of miles and I walk the golf course three times a week... I also ride my bike on most Saturdays but I've been slacking on that lately...
I use to do a lot more and should do better...
We have a gym here at the golf club but its packed and since covid I don't go as often...

Oh yeah... Sundays during football season I do arm curls...

I've been back in the dungeon fairly consistently recently since I got my health back. Bulking at the moment. It's nothing new, cutting and bulking are both naturally easy for me.

But...I get so tired of eating. That's the worst part.
