How hard is it to get someone's guns taken away and have that individual incarcerated or evaluated mentally?

As we see after every mass shootings dem's instantly start screaming for tighter run restrictions and, "Red Flag Laws".

Texas is considered a backwards, backwater, state because we reject such things.

How hard is it to get someone making threats or acting crazy picked up, disarmed, incarcerated or locked up in the looney bin in Texas?

We have all the existing laws on the books we need already, just enforce them.

In Florida they have the Baker Act.

Hooray for Florida.

How has the Baker Act made it easier to remove guns from someone making threats to harm themselves or others than it is in Texas?
