Bullshit. Furthermore, the term sub saharan has no meaning.

The term sub Saharan has enormous meaning. Above the Saharan Desert are Caucasians They are not as advanced as Europeans, but they maintain a semblance of civilization.

Below the Saharan Desert are Negroes. These are declining into barbarism, now that white rule has come to an end.

Most of the countries in the continent of Africa are a mess, with corrupt leadership screwing over their people election after election.

Sounds like our new AIPAC-controlled USA. Only we screw over everybody else, as well.
